Behavioral Health Projects

Tap into the team's in-depth knowledge of behavioral health services by bringing in our team members as additional contributors to your project. Team members can provide critical communications and behavioral services insights. Our primary mission is about increasing access to behavioral health services. Although we're happy to partner with other organizations, we do require that other organizations share relevant data with us in order to further our research. Participation in research activities by our staff is required for a percentage of time they work on any project.

Our staff can partner with you on a variety of things:

• Research related to Behavioral Health staffing, productivity or clinical quality.
• Staff to work on your team that share their experience and data with us as part of our ongoing research activities.
• Consulting assignments or workshops on how to address  gaps in behavioral health services.
• Interactive training on how to apply the best practices to the your organization's public facing content, staffing, service offerings or structure.
• Analysis of your organization's hiring, retention and quality trends and how they compare to others in the field.
