  We are a team of ambitious researchers trying to plug the staffing gap in Social Services industries by understanding why the gap exists. 

Our talented team of lead researchers investigates a number of issues such as:

• What causes people to enter Social Services fields
• Day-to-day working conditions and tasks that might contribute to staff retention & attrition
• Staff behavior that might contribute to better clinical quality & staff retention

We place clinical staff with partners that need staffing help and agree to partner with us on research. We only select partners that are willing to cooperate in research activities which benefit the field at large. This means sharing clinical data, as well as information about their own organization's working conditions, organizational structure, and policies.
